A. EDUCATIONAL COUNSELOR

JOB DESCRIPTION  
  
1. Consulting customers on English programs and sales. 
  - Know well and introduce ILC’s programs, clarify customers’ needs, give pre-consultations and get students’ information  
  - Do telesales/email sales to potential customers and deliver programs / course consultations  
  - Sign up students and arrange payment for courses   
  - Hand over cash balance and documents to manager  
  - Deliver personal and team sales target  
  
2. Handling customers’ feedback and requests  
  - Handle customer’s feedback and requests   
  - Sign up students and arrange payment for next courses  
  - Deliver personal and team sales target  

3. Other administration tasks, activities and events as assigned by Center managers

WHAT WE NEED:  
- Experience in counseling, advising and customer service in the educational field is a plus  
- The ability to communicate and persuade customers directly and via phone  
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team and working under pressure  
- Be available for shift work   
- The ability to communicate in English 

B. TELESALES STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION  
- Do telesales, collect data from customers and deliver programs / course consultations  
- Know ILC’s programs well and introduce them to customers, clarify customers’ needs, give pre-consultations and get students’ information. Invite parents/ students to visit or join events at the center.  
- Deliver on telesales targets per day/ week/ month set by manager  
- Work well with EC team and other departments of center to deliver on team targets  
- Update manager on work completion as per schedule
